I am posting my review almost 1 year since Caterina helped me purchase my first house in Niagara Falls - while I am late to the party, I have the benefit of hindsight now.

- I could not have asked for a better human being and a real estate agent to take me through the aches and pains of buying my first property.

- Caterina was extremely perceptive and guided me through the process with a personal touch. I was sitting in Toronto, trying to buy a property in Niagara Falls - Caterina was my eyes and ears locally, going out of her way to make sure I had a great experience.

- She was able to leverage her network for inspection and closing. As well, she drove quite a bargain to make sure I was able to secure the property at an excellent price.

I would highly recommend working with Caterina, specially if you are a first time buyer. You will find the transparency and communication refreshing.
